Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection ordinance, together referred to as the Data Protection Laws.
Security
Data transmitted over the internet is protected using TLS 1.2 encryption, and stored data is kept on encrypted servers. Our services use site identification protocols so your browser can verify our identity before personal data is transmitted, and secure servers are protected with firewall technology.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data only where a genuine legal basis exists: contractual necessity, compliance with gambling licence and anti-money-laundering requirements, our legitimate interests, responsible gaming obligations, or your consent. Categories of data collected
We collect: contact data (name, address, phone number, email, proof of address); identity data (date of birth, ID/passport number, photograph, occupation); activity data (logins, bets, winnings, bonuses, payments, withdrawals, browsing behaviour, communications with support, self-exclusion status); technical data (IP address, device and browser information); financial data (payment details, currency, source of funds); and marketing data (contact details and consent records where you opt in to communications).
Purpose of processing
